ZK777 Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ZK777. This website, accessible at zk777.io, is operated by ZK777 Limited ("ZK777", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("player", "user", "you") and ZK777 covering your access to and use of the ZK777 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services and any other features available on the site.

By registering an account on ZK777, depositing funds, accepting a bonus or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use any ZK777 service.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZK777.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a ZK777 account you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZK777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and all funds — including any deposits — will be withheld pending investigation and returned subject to a satisfactory explanation.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing bets or accessing games. It is your sole responsibility to check whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or director of ZK777 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or voluntary exclusion from ZK777 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one ZK777 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. ZK777 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing and account security — it must be accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. ZK777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account or believe your credentials have been compromised, you must contact ZK777 support immediately at support@zk777.io or via live chat.

4. Deposits and Payments

ZK777 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, bets and payouts are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversions, and no conversion fees are applied to your deposits or withdrawals.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at ZK777:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 100, processed instantly
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 100, processed instantly
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, processed instantly
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200, processed instantly
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed within 1–2 hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit Rs 500, processed instantly

All deposits must originate from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts owned by third parties — including family members — are not permitted. ZK777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the funding account at any time.

ZK777 reserves the right to decline, reverse or hold deposits that trigger our fraud detection systems, including deposits that appear to be structured to circumvent transaction limits or KYC requirements.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ZK777 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed. First-time verification typically requires a copy of your CNIC and takes under 10 minutes once documents are submitted.
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Remaining balances may be withdrawn via any supported method in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal via Easypaisa or JazzCash is Rs 500. The minimum for IBFT bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.

For verified accounts, ZK777 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within two hours for IBFT transfers. These are standard operating targets; occasional delays during peak periods or due to payment provider interruptions may occur and are outside ZK777's direct control.

ZK777 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms or where additional verification is required under our compliance obligations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ZK777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion on the Promotions page.

Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses and most other promotional offers carry a wagering requirement. This is the minimum total betting turnover you must achieve before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x, 35x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, per household and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10–15%. Slots contribute 100%. The specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• ZK777 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering requirement system.
• If you choose to withdraw before meeting a wagering requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your original deposit balance (minus any amounts wagered) remains withdrawable.

7. Fair Play Policy

ZK777 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure:

• Automated betting software or bots — the use of any software, script or automation tool that places bets without direct manual input from the player is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games, is prohibited.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using false information to circumvent exclusion from promotions, or exploiting technical errors to obtain funds to which you are not entitled.
• Exploiting game errors — knowingly continuing to play when a game malfunction or technical error is providing an advantage is prohibited. All bets placed during a confirmed malfunction are void.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen cards, reversing legitimate deposits via chargebacks without genuine cause, or using the platform to conduct any form of money laundering.

8. Game Rules and Results

All games available on ZK777 are provided by third-party software developers licensed by internationally recognised regulatory bodies. Each game operates according to the rules published by that provider. ZK777 does not modify game outcomes or interfere with the Random Number Generators (RNGs) used to determine results.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and the game server's recorded result, the server record shall be definitive. ZK777 maintains complete logs of all game rounds for audit purposes.

If a game experiences a malfunction, disconnection or technical error mid-round, the affected round may be voided and your stake returned to your account. ZK777 will investigate and resolve such cases as quickly as possible. We are not liable for losses arising from connection issues on the player's end, including internet disruptions or device failures.

Live dealer game results are determined by real physical actions — shuffling, dealing, spinning — captured on camera and verified by the dealer and the streaming studio's monitoring systems. The results displayed on screen reflect the true outcome of the physical game.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ZK777 content without prior written consent. Scraping game data, replaying content for commercial purposes or using ZK777 branding without authorisation constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK777's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ZK777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by:

• Interruption to the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party system failures
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer
• Losses resulting from decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages or government-imposed restrictions

The games and services on ZK777 are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of planned or unplanned downtime.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

ZK777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• We have reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity
• A chargeback has been initiated without prior resolution through our support channels
• The account is being used in a manner that ZK777 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players
• We are required to do so under applicable law, regulation or court order

If your account is closed by ZK777 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, your real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Your real-money balance will be paid out to your verified payment method within the standard processing times.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ZK777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. We will always publish the effective date and version number at the top of this page. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, payment processes or bonus conditions — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or platform notification to registered players.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you have the right to close your account before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of ZK777 after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which ZK777 is licensed. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of ZK777, you agree to first attempt resolution through ZK777's internal complaints process by contacting support@zk777.io.

ZK777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, escalation options will be communicated to you in our response.

For Pakistani players, ZK777 acknowledges the jurisdiction of Pakistani civil courts in relation to consumer rights matters where no other contractual dispute resolution mechanism applies.
